Before your personal training sessions with Donna
The alarm goes off in the morning, it's cold
and dark and you're exhausted and have no energy to pull yourself
out of bed and when you finally do the first thing you reach for
is that first cup of morning Joe for a jumpstart. Dragging yourself
into the shower, waiting for the caffeine to kick in you feel tired
and cranky and stressed. Get dressed, "Oh god, my fat pants
are tight!" Is it the kids to school, you to work, the dog
for a walk? Whatever your morning consists of your energy level
just isn't there. You pass by the gym and say "Tomorrow I'll start
exercising, I swear" and then you head into your favorite coffee
shop for another cup of caffeine that you hope will get your motor
running so you won't be dragging, stressed and cranky all day. At
your doctors appointment you hear you are pre-diabetic, or on your
way to heart disease, you must do something and you must do it now.
After your personal training sessions with Donna
The alarm goes off in the morning, it's cold
and dark and you don't care! Life is good. You feel energized and
excited to start the new day. Shower, dress (no fat pants needed
here). Walk the dog? The kids to school? You to the office? It's
all good. People notice your smile, it's contagious. Your energy
is high and you're happy. You're productive at work, the stresses
of the day don't get to as they do others. When the afternoon slump
comes around you beat it with a brisk walk or a few stretching exercises,
you know what to do, Donna showed you. Clean bill of health at the
doctor's visit today. At the end of the day you have an appointment
to workout with Donna, then home to play with the kids, have drinks
with friends or just relax. You're happy, you feel energized and you feel relazed. This is a stress free day courtesy of
a really good workout program!
My in home personal training services are done
in the privacy and comfort of your own home or the fitness facility
in your building. You now have no excuse for not "going to
the gym" no more "tomorrow, I promise", no more putting
it off or blowing it off. First we will discuss your goals, any
injuries you may have and your fitness level, I will then develop
a program that will meet this criteria. Whether you're a gym rat
or someone just starting out, your program is designed to be safe
and effective. While I guide you through your exercise routine,
you will learn proper body alignment to avoid injury and be given
all the information necessary in order for you to work out on your
own as well.
I've been told I'm a tough trainer, I push my clients to help them
get stronger, leaner and to meet their goals in a fast, safe and
effective way. If you're looking for a "soft" trainer, I'm not for
you. But, feel free to contact me and I will point you in the direction
of someone who can help you.
