Before having Personal Chef Donna cooking in your kitchen

The alarm goes off but you hit snooze, you're tired, you have no energy. You drag your butt out of bed, into the shower and get dressed. Your clothes are getting tight, it's time go clothes shopping for larger sizes, again. You head into the kitchen and realize that there's nothing to eat so you head out to the nearest donut shop for breakfast and a cup of coffee. You feel tired and irritable after you eat and 2 hours later you're falling asleep. For lunch it's fast food or a meal at a chain restaurant or maybe delivery at your desk. You're tired, falling asleep in meetings, you have no energy and when the slump in the afternoon comes from all the sugar, processed food and large portions you've consumed you head to the snack machine for more sugar and a cup of coffee. When you get home at night you have no energy to cook so you pull out the delivery menus and order from the Italian place down the street. You've stuffed yourself so much that all you can do is fall asleep. And the next day it's more of the same. You have fed yourself, but you haven't nourished yourself. This is not living!!

After having Personal Chef Donna cooking in your kitchen

You jump out of bed in the morning because you know you have a hearty, nutritous, great tasting breakfast waiting for you. Chef Donna was here yesterday! Jump into the shower and get dressed (you lost 3 pounds since she's been cooking!) and start the day. On your way out the door you grab your snack and your lunch. You're energy is up, you've lost weight, you're happy, your body is fueled and nourished and has what it needs to get you through the day. Lunch is easy and ready to go when you need it, it's portion controlled, healthy and delicious. And, when the afternoon slump comes you have a snack to combat the blues. No processed sugar or caffeine necessary! After work you head to the gym and get in a good workout because you are fueled, nourished and full of energy, home, shower and dinner's waiting, all you do is heat and eat, simple but oh so yummy! You now have the whole night ahead of you, what will you do with all this new free time and energy you now have?

It all starts with a phone call to discuss exactly what your needs are. Do you need just dinners or are you interested in lunch and snacks you can carry to work? Is it a special diet plan you need to follow? 3 meals a week, or 5? Whatever "it" is, I can help. Our next step is to fill out a detailed food questionnaire. This is where we discuss your likes, dislikes, food allergies and special nutritional needs, if any. Based off this questionnaire I put together your weekly menus, you always have final say on your menus. On the agreed upon service day, I do the food shopping, come to your home, prepare your meals, leave your kitchen spotless and your refrigerator full of food. All you need to do is heat and eat**! It doesn't get much easier then that.

  • Customized menus research, planning and creation
  • Grocery shopping for the freshest possible ingredients
  • Cooking**, packaging, labeling and storing
  • Kitchen clean-up
**My chef service works two ways, for those who don't cook all your meals will be "heat and eat". You can do the heating in the microwave, oven or on the stove top depending on the meal. For those who love to cook you have the option to do your own cooking. I do the shopping and all the preparation and leave you with specific cooking instructions on how to get the meal to the table.
